    We understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate this, we offer the flexibility to join live Zoom sessions or watch recorded classes if you’re unable to attend in person, ensuring you never miss out on your learning.

  3. Enhanced Learning Experience at $680:

    Each course is priced at $680 and includes 10 sessions, amounting to 20 hours of engaging and in-depth language instruction. This comprehensive approach allows for thorough exploration and understanding of the language. （$680 covers only the course fees. Additional charges apply for textbooks and course materials, varying based on the specific course. Each new level requires a separate set of textbook and workbook.）

Course Description for Face to Face Group Classes:

Terms & Conditions

Course Fee Payment

  • Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the class.

Refund Policy

  • All fees are non-refundable once paid.

Group Classes

  • Completion Timeline: Courses must be completed within 3 months.

  • Makeup Classes

    • Eligibility: Available if a class is missed.

    • Limit: Maximum of 2 makeup classes per term.

    • Scheduling: Must be arranged prior to the final lesson of the term, typically 1 hour before the next scheduled class.

    • Fee: $30.00 per hour per student.

    • Payment: Due in full at least 1 day before the scheduled makeup class. Without payment, the class will not be conducted.

    • Group Makeup Rates

      • For 1 to 2 students: $30.00 per hour per student.

      • For 3 to 4 students: $30.00 for 2 hours per student (2-hour duration for makeup classes).

    • Note: Makeup classes are optional but encouraged to maintain continuity in learning.

Private Classes

  • Completion Timeline: Courses must be completed within 6 months unless specified otherwise.

  • Class Duration: Minimum of 1 hour at Han Hai’s office, or a minimum of 1.5 hours at the student’s location. 2 hours or 3 hours per session can also be arranged.

  • Rescheduling: Must be agreed upon at least 24 hours in advance, or the class is considered consumed.

  • Transport Surcharge: $30 per class for locations over 150 meters from the nearest MRT.

  • Group Attendance: All students should be present for each lesson in Private Group classes.

Corporate Training

  • Refer to the specific quotation provided.

Certification

  • Letter of Completion: Issued via email for students with at least 75% attendance per Term.

  • Physical Copy Fee: $10 per Letter/Certificate.

  • Collection: Available during office hours once printed.

Curriculum Modification

  • Han Hai Language Studio reserves the right to modify its syllabus to enhance learning quality.

Class Postponement

  • Han Hai Language Studio reserves the right to postpone classes, with prior notice, if minimum student enrollment is not met.
